The march from Taberah (Nu 11:3) is not mentioned in Nu 23, but Kibroth-hattaavah was one day's journey from the wilderness of Sinai. It is placed by tradition to the N. of Naqb el-Hawa ('mountain path of the wind'), which leads to the plain below the traditional Sinai.
